We are accepting orders right up until 10am Friday 22nd December for Christmas delivery - choose Saturday delivery at checkout.
We would always advise ordering your bean bags in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment – but should you have any last minute presents you need to get (it can happen to the best of us!) please be sure to check our last ordering dates for Christmas delivery below:

We all make mistakes from time to time, so don’t panic – simply call us on 0800 988 1286 the moment you realise so our Customer Team can help right away. Our dispatch times are very fast so we need to hear from you ASAP - email won’t be quick enough as we cannot change orders or addresses once they have left our premises.

Shopping between Christmas and New Year
Please note that orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be dispatched on a first come-first served basis from Wednesday 27th December 2017. Our carriers operate a limited service during the holiday period and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. All orders not dispatched over the holiday period will be sent out from Tuesday 2nd January.
While we endeavour to ensure all information is correct at time of publication, this information is subject to change. BeanBagBazaar will work as hard as possible to ensure delivery as much as possible before December 24th as we understand how exciting a bean bag on Christmas day can be. However, some delays may occur which are outside of our control (eg. carrier breakdowns, weather problems etc) which can mean delivery takes a day or two longer, particularly when it’s super busy.
Further Delivery Information
All our bean bags are sent via courier and require a signature as proof of delivery. This is to ensure safe, trackable orders.
If you are not in during the day, why not get your item delivered to your work address? We accept alternative delivery addresses and actually prefer to deliver to business addresses where someone is available to sign for your item.
Alternatively, we give you the opportunity in the checkout process to enter a note to the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour, porch or garden shed (etc.). However, please note any delivery instructions are at your own risk.
If you miss your delivery, real-time tracking will confirm this and will give contact details/instructions for how to reschedule or arrange collection of the order from your local depot.
If you have chosen Standard Free Delivery, you CANNOT arrange a re-delivery on a Saturday.
After 2 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery, this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £25 in order to cover the cost of return and re-delivery.
If an item is returned to us as a result of failed delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of the order, minus £25 to cover the cost of return and administration.
We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or if there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. In this instance, contact us directly on 0800 988 1286 where we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional cost to yourself. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to get any issues fixed as soon as possible.
Yes we accept returns. We are extending our returns period for the festive season so that any orders placed between the 1st - 22nd December 2017 can be returned up to the 12th January 2017. You must notify us by email RMA@beanbagbazaar.co.uk that you intend to return your bean bag to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense - the maximum return cost for tracked delivery is estimated to be a maximum £15 per box (based on our largest box size). Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so that they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered.
