Christmas 2018 Delivery Information

We are accepting orders right up until 11am Friday 21st December for Christmas delivery.

We would always advise ordering your bean bags in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment – but should you have any last minute presents you need to get (it can happen to the best of us!) please be sure to check our last ordering dates for Christmas delivery below:

Whoops! Made a mistake on your order?

We all make mistakes from time to time, so don’t panic – simply call us on 0800 988 1286 the moment you realise so our Customer Team can help right away. Our dispatch times are very fast so we need to hear from you ASAP - email won’t be quick enough as we cannot change orders or addresses once they have left our premises.

We’ll be taking some time off too to enjoy our Christmas pudding in our cosy new bean bags, so below you’ll find the dates our Customer Service department will be closed:

Don’t worry, we’ll all be back and raring to go from Wednesday 2nd January 2019, resuming normal hours.

Shopping between Christmas and New Year

Please note that orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be dispatched on a first come-first served basis from Thursday 27th December 2018. Our carriers operate a limited service during the holiday period and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. All orders not dispatched over the holiday period will be sent out from Wednesday 2nd January 2019. 

While we endeavour to ensure all information is correct at time of publication, this information is subject to change. BeanBagBazaar will work as hard as possible to ensure delivery as much as possible by December 24th as we understand how exciting a bean bag on Christmas day can be. However, some delays may occur which are outside of our control (eg. carrier breakdowns, weather problems etc) which can mean delivery takes a day or two longer, particularly when it’s super busy. 

Further Delivery Information

Secure Deliveries

All our bean bags are sent via courier and require a signature as proof of delivery. This is to ensure safe, trackable orders.

If you are not in during the day, why not get your item delivered to your work address? We accept alternative delivery addresses and actually prefer to deliver to business addresses where someone is available to sign for your item.

Alternatively, we give you the opportunity in the checkout process to enter a note to the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour, porch or garden shed (etc.). However, please note any delivery instructions are at your own risk.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, real-time tracking will confirm this and will give contact details/instructions for how to reschedule or arrange collection of the order from your local depot. If you have chosen Standard Free Delivery, unfortunately you can not arrange a re-delivery on a Saturday.

Damaged Deliveries

We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or if there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. In this instance, contact us directly on 0800 988 1286 where we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional cost to yourself. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to get any issues fixed as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Yes we accept returns. We are extending our returns period for the festive season so that any orders placed between the 1st - 21st December 2018 can be returned up to the 11th January 2019. You must notify us by email RMA@beanbagbazaar.co.uk that you intend to return your bean bag to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense - the maximum return cost for tracked delivery is estimated to be a maximum £15 per box (based on our largest box size). Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so that they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered.
