WE NORMALLY PROVIDE FREE DELIVERY to the UK Mainland from Monday to Friday (for Scotland/Northern Ireland please read below for exceptions).
We aim to have all lines shown on the website in stock and ready to dispatch.
Orders will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt via a 48-72 hour courier service, so you can expect your new beanbag to be with you within a matter of a few working days. In the very rare event that a product is out of stock, please allow 14 days for delivery.
If you choose Overnight Delivery (Excluding Sat/Sun), please make sure orders are processed on the website by 10am on the day before you require delivery. Or give us a call on 01670 594139 if later than 10am to be sure of your item being despatched.
- We always send you an email on day of despatch.
- All our Bean Bags are sent via Courier and will require a signature on delivery.
- Please provide us with an address (preferably a Business Address) where someone will be in to sign .
- If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is usually left by the courier.
- In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the Courier immediately to arrange a re-delivery or collection. If you have chosen FREE DELIVERY you cannot request a re-delivery on a Saturday.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to our warehouse, If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £25 to cover the cost of return and redelivery.
- If an item is returned we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund minus £25 to cover cost of return and administration.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Your Bean Bag will be delivered to you via a Courier who will require a signature as proof of delivery. Before the parcel is signed for, check carefully for any signs of transit damage (or instruct anyone you authorise to sign on your behalf to do the same).
Once a parcel has been signed for in good condition it becomes your property and your responsibility. Therefore if there is any transit damage to the product that is discovered after it has been signed for Bean Bag Bazaar Limited are not liable for this, as we have completed our contractural obligation to deliver the package to you in good condition.
If there is any transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write "damaged product". In this instance please contact us directly on 01670 594139 we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional costs to yourself.

Saturday Deliveries
to UK Mainland addresses can be arranged. A surcharge detailed by using the drop down box on the basket page will be payable.
Scotland AB (Aberdeen) Postcodes
Carriage Courier Surcharge for AB postcodes are £5 for one item and £10 for 2 or more items.
Scottish Highlands and Islands Deliveries
This area is defined by the following postcodes IV, HS, KA27 to 28,KW, SW, PA20 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH17 to 26, PH30 to 44, PH49 to 50 and ZE. Costs are shown by using the drop down box on the basket page.
Northern Ireland & Isle of Man
Please select the appropriate Delivery cost option from the drop down delivery menu on the checkout page.
Channel Islands & Southern Ireland
We do ship to the Channel Islands & Southern Ireland (carriage surchages apply) please call us on 01670594139 to place your order, please tell us your location before placing the order.
PACKAGING INFORMATION
All Bean Bags except Sofa Bean Bags are sent Ready Filled to UK mainland addresses (except surcharge areas). Sofa Bean Bags are delivered in two parcels, 1 contains the cover and 2/3rd of the bean filling already inside. The second parcel contains a net with the remaining beans that is easily inserted into the sofa to make it ready for use.
