Important Delivery Information
Your Bean Bag will be delivered to you via a Courier who will require a signature as proof of delivery. Before the parcel is signed for, check carefully for any signs of transit damage (or instruct anyone you authorise to sign on your behalf to do the same).
Once a parcel has been signed for in good condition it becomes your property and your responsibility. Therefore if there is any transit damage to the product that is discovered after it has been signed for Bean Bag Bazaar Limited are not liable for this, as we have completed our contractural obligation to deliver the package to you in good condition.
If there is any transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write "damaged product". In this instance please contact us directly on 01670 594139 we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional costs to yourself.

Cancellation & Returns
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
In the event that you cancel an order after delivery you must inform the company in writing or other durable medium within 7 working days after the day of receipt . The goods must then be returned at your own expense, in the original packaging enclosing your receipt, no refunds will be made unless the receipt is enclosed.
If you are unable to return the goods you must make the goods available for collection at a time that is convenient for yourself and our courier. The company will be entitled to charge you the direct cost paid to the courier for this collection.
It is your responsibility to to take reasonable care of the goods to return them in the same condition as they were delivered.
The company reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will not accept back any obviously damaged or dirty goods.
You are advised to retain the original packaging and receipt in the event of you cancelling an order.
We Accept Returns - If you change your mind we accept returned unused products for up to 28 days from purchase subject to a charge for carriage, inspection and restocking usually £4.99.
Internet Misuse
You agree to indemnify and hold Beanbag Bazaar Ltd, and its owners, employees and other partners, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit through the Site, your use of the Site, your connection to the Site, your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
